PokeLoot 1.4

Added some options so you can configure whether you want some settings turned off or turned on;
Added a 3D interface to change the timer that takes for the pokeloots to respawn;
Added the greatball to the datapack with its correspoding loot;
Added a function to spawn the greatball loot manually and a function to spawn 20 at a time;
Added a mini tutorial in the modrinth page that guides on how to change/remove items from the pokeloots;
Added the list of items that each pokeloot can reward players with;
Fixed some bugs from the timer function;
