Misc

- Added " based on luck" back to the description of "Fisher", and fixed the biome requirement
- Partially reverted the 1.21.4+ sneak accuracy for Spire's "Guidance" and Vex's "Lunge" since it added a small delay
- The automatic untrimming of low durability armor now refunds all materials
- Stealing trims will now remove the previous owner's trust

Objectives
- Added a message upon gaining or losing progress for more quests.
- Some quests now have a customizable value, like a multiplier for Sentry's time limit, control required tames for Wild, etc.
- Reduced the difficulty of Rib's quest (No minimum hits and higher damage based on difficulty)
- Add Smite and Bane of Arthropods to Raiser's quest
- Adjusted the calculation for the time limit in Sentry's quest
Trims
- Sentry's glowing now prioritizes raiders near the surface, and increased the village/Villager detection range
- Sentry's "Ballista" now damages through armor (not enchants or effects), and requires a charged crossbow
- Reduced duration of Vex's isolation strength by a second, and the level of the kill extension by 1.
- The duration of Bolt's "Overcharge" is now based on distance to the lightning
- Increased the amount of time you have to use Raiser's "Piercer" (and "Conversion") after leaving combat
- Spire's "Reversal" will launch all nearby mobs, like the description says.
- Spire's "Blast'o'Breath" can now hit twice. Duration, radius, and strength are untouched.
- Added a option to Spire's "No Gravity" setting to only effect hostile mobs
- Hitting trusted players enough with Host will forcefully remove their trust
- Host's "Guardian" will now spawn anywhere, just only empowered when in Villages.
- Coast's "Fire" now count as an actual projectile (blocked by projectile protection, usable for some advancements, etc)
- Silences's "Vortex" now counts as an explosion (blocked by blast protection, + avoids guardian thorns)
- Very slight damage increase to Vortex and Fire to account for the above potential reduction.
- Abilities that deal custom damage (Tide, Coast, etc) will now cause panic
Fixes:
- Wayfinder unlock not giving ownership
- Some quests being slightly progressable without proper conditions
- Raw text in 1.21+ steal messages
- Returned items (via death) sometimes not being modified properly
- Host's "Guardian" causing Iron Golems to attack the user
- Wayfinder's "Warp" movement detection not working on 1.20.5
- "Tap Sneak" abilities not working properly on 1.21.4+
- Spire's "Guidance" not going off cooldown after <50% charge plunges
- Infinite Tidal stacks (Tide) via Reservoir
- Tide not having a speed increase while in the rain
- Raiser's "Proficiency" keep inventory limit being reversed
- Sentry's ambient particles are positioned higher than the rest
- Rib generates ashen stacks even if the user isn't empowered
- Vex's "Double-Strike" activating via thorns
- Vex's "Isolation" and "Vulnerability" not working against other players
- Experience bottles, end crystals, shulker bullets, (and "mannequins") being targeted by all abilities.
