fix a bug where cycling through terminals in Trinkets would say "Device Not Linked" even tho it obviously is show restockable amount #66 When restock is activated (and possible), it will show the whole available amount in the Hotbar (and truncate it if it is a large number, eg 2000 -> 2K)
