Mod Overhaul - 0.3

  • Changed the way the mod handles water during rain to be more efficient by using the same code that's used for placing snow
  • Remove convertChunkRadius and extraProtection
  • Add config option canPlaceWater, placeChance and levelToPlace to allow for more control over the water placement
