Fishing rod issue actually still not fixed, sorry. I don't know what the issue is, and I can't find it.
However, I have implemented an item swap attack cooldown for the offhand!
Fixed being unable to attack with your offhand; I made a change and unintentionally had the mod pull from the mining setting instead of the attack setting. My bad!
Fixed the player attack bug; should have the fishing rod issue fixed.
