Fixed attack damage; was accidentally using main hand damage, not offhand damage.

Implemented support for some veinminers, including Serilum's Harvester mod suite (Ore Harvester and Tree Harvester).
Added enchantment support. There IS an issue where the offhand only uses the offhand's enchantments if the main hand is untooled (but only for mining). Not sure how to fix that one yet.
Also, 1.21.8 release version.
