Major changes:
- Added MoreMcmeta - a replacement for Animatica (animated GUI support)
- Removed Animatica - not yet up to date
- Removed CIT Resewn - not yet up to date
- Removed FabricSkyboxes and FabricSkyboxes Interop - not yet up to date
- New versioning scheme that corresponds to game drops as well as full releases, to better reflect when Mojang adds new content and breaks mods
- Disabled broken paths for resource packs
- This matches the defaults for ETF and modern OptiFine, meaning your resource packs should no longer break without them
- Increased default simulation distance from 6 to 8 for more reliable mob spawning, it is also Minecraft's default on low-end computers
Changes from 6.5.0-beta.11 to 8.0.0:
- Updated Dynamic FPS, Fabrishot
- Updated Anglish, French, Malay, Malay (Jawi), Portuguese, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, Ukrainian, Chinese Traditional (Hong Kong)
This version is based on 6.5.0-beta.11, not 6.6.0-alpha.8.
