Manually readded just the Trek loot tables so that any Trek structures you may have already spawn will still give loot

Removed Trek because the enchantment loot tables aren't configured correctly and you can literally get stuff you aren't supposed to get until you beat the Ender Dragon multiple times right off spawn

Removed Sparse Structures after deciding to more strongly emphasize rewarding exploration
