Backports tuff blocks from 1.21 experimentals to 1.20.1. Beta.

Adding more bricks and other city-building materials. I got tired of what we had.

Vanilla trapdoor-and-ladder behavior is hardcoded to only the vanilla ladder. This fixes it so it works with modded ladders too.

Commissioned mod to just add steel.

Prevents a crash when Fabric Seasons: Extras is loaded with any mod that adds dyes, such as Dye Depot.
