A blocky model for the goat horn item

Makes shot arrows look just like their item sprites. Works with all 16x resourcepacks. Requires EMF or OptiFine.

Gives the Rails a 3 dimensional model

My texture pack adds freshness to the game because there are so few 3D things in Minecraft.
