Immersive Storms for MC 1.21.9

Immersive Storms has now been updated to Minecraft 1.21.9. This update also comes with an overhaul to the Config system, replacing Cloth Config with YACL. Existing configs will be automatically migrated to the new system, if they are found. No config options have been added or removed.

• Migrated from Cloth Config to YACL

• Updated metadata to allow the latest version of Fabric API for 1.21.6 without needing to specify a dependency override

• Added an integration with Distant Horizons that allows this mod's fog changes to work with that mod.

• Marked as compatible with 1.21.8

Immersive Storms 1.1.0 for Minecraft 1.21.7

• Updated to Minecraft 1.21.7.
• Likely works with 1.21.6, but untested.
• Storm fog has been made to look slightly "foggier", using new fog rendering functionality.
• Sandstorm fog has been made much more orange.
