Fixed vmod not working on servers hopefully

OLD SCHEMATICS WILL NO LONGER WORK

Big internal changes.

Old schematics may not correctly load from now on.

To load old world do:

1. Download 0.1.3 VMod
2. Open your world, run command "/vmod op clear-vmod-attachments", and immediately leave the world.
3. You can now load 1.0.0 VMod

Fixed schems probably

Added command (/vmod op clear-vmod-attachments) to clear attachments and fixed trackwork compat

Added command (/vmod op clear-vmod-attachments) to clear attachments

Adds permission level to VS commands which is changeable in VMod config

hopefully fixed crash on servers + some bugfixes
