Added a third-party port of ModernFix.
This version is very complete but i cannot in good conscience mark it as a release since it spams errors on load.
Seems to work fine, but keep an eye out for breakage and report anything critical to me so i can react.

new mod: better-block-entities (does the same thing as ebe did but it's jankier and doesn't even have proper releases anywhere yet. i'm making do anyway)
also using a maintained fork of noisium for now, + this release ships with an override version of threadtweak for 1.21.9+
