Replaces the default Minecraft Tooltip with a Polysexual Pride Flag Tooltip (Frame-only Tricolor Turned).

Style

Frame-only Tricolor Turned = A simple tricolor flag with three colors. This style only applies the colors to the frame, leaving the background as the default Minecraft texture, turned by 90 degrees.
